Aura Properties was established in 2005 to provide tailored investment property
solutions for it’s clients. The Principal and founder, John Payne has successfully
been selling properties for over 40 years.
John’s experience and knowledge in the investment property market has been regularly
called upon by his many clients over the years. To assist these clients further,
John established a property management division allowing closer monitoring of his
clients properties to ensure profitability and successful investing.
In 2009 Aura Properties has welcomed aboard one of the biggest forces in land sales
across Far North Queensland, Billy Gadd. Billy has successfully sold land in the
Cairns Region for over 30 years and his knowledge in this field in second to none.
After numerous requests from long term clients to open their own agency the time
has finally come. Together John & Billy have created a real estate force that
will be serving it’s already established client base throughout the Cairns region.
Located in Bentley Park in the southern corridor of Cairns, Aura Properties are
